The role of COBSEO

1. Exchanging and coordinating information between its members. 2. When necessary, acting as a point of contact for other organisations and the Government to the membership. 3. Identifying issues of common concern, particularly welfare matters, and coordinating any necessary action to resolve them. 4. Representing and supporting the needs and opinions of its member organisations individually and collectively, at Central and Local Government levels.

Members area

If you are a full member of COBSEO there is a password protected area of the website that you can access (password from the Secretary COBSEO). This area holds the AGM minutes, COBSEO Bulletins, calendar of events, Reports of the initiatives in which COBSEO has taken the lead - such as The Unique Nature of Military Service and Representation at Pension Appeal Tribunals. There is also an opportunity for you to send in your comments of any aspect of the support to the Serving and retired members of our community.
