An Update on The Ambassadors
The aim of the band is to play for any worthwhile charity to help raise well needed funds. The band will do this by playing at any event or function in, or very near, London of a venue of the charities choice. Outside of London, or tours, are negotiable and subject to the musicians availability. Please give as much notice as possible when booking the band.
The Ambassadors are formed from ex-RAF Squadronaires musicians, who are still actively playing professionally or semi-professionally and who are willing to give their time and talents to charitable causes. Our way of giving something back. The band, which has been formed to help others and not for personal gain, will play for free, but claim travelling and an admin expenses.
- The Ambassadors will be available as a full Show Band, Dance Band, Function Band or Trio.
- The Ambassadors Show Band will comprise of a full band, including vocalist/MC, and is available for Shows, concerts, broadcasts (live or recorded) or any large scale event or function.
- The Ambassadors Dance Band will be a smaller band, still including vocalist/MC, and are available for dinner dances, balls, galas or any profile event that will enhance your charity.
- The Ambassadors Ensemble is a 5 piece function band and will play for afternoon tea dances, lunches, receptions or smaller dinner dances.
- The Ambassadors Trio will be available for lunches, receptions formal corporate event or informal gathering of your choice.
The programme content, duration or style can be suited to your specific function or event.
The expenses are:
- Show Band (inc MC/vocalist)-£850.
- Dance Band (inc MC/vocalist)-£700.
- Ensemble (piano, bass, drums, trumpet & sax)-£375.
- Trio (piano, bass and drums)-£300.
