SPVA’s Veterans UK Helpline is changing its free phone telephone number. The new number is 0808 1914 2 18 and was launched on 4 Feb 14.
The new Helpline number represents the start and end dates of the Great War – 1914 to 1918. This link to such historic events creates a more memorable number in the 100th anniversary year of WWI.

At the Annual General Meeting of Veterans Scotland held at the Royal Scots Club in Edinburgh today the Veteran's Minister, Keith Brown, paid tribute to the work done by Veterans Scotland and the Armed Forces and Veterans Champions who are working to support military personnel and their families serving in Scotland along with the 400,000 veterans who also live here. The Minister said:
