Case Manager – 6 months FTC

We help them, and those still serving, to recover and get on with their lives.

In these unprecedented times we have made a difficult decision to pause recruitment to ensure the sustainability of the business for years to come. However, we have recognised there are some critical roles in the business that are essential and, should the need arise, we will have to advertise while the rest of our recruitment is paused.

We are now looking to recruit one of those critical roles and have an incredible opportunity for a Case Manager to join our Team in the South (Tedworth House Recovery Centre).

About You

Do you have two or more years of experience working in the welfare sector with adults at risk, in the welfare or support sector and a Level 3 Diploma in Welfare or other relevant discipline? Are you skilled in working in a multidiscipline environment supporting the delivery of case management? If you also have first-rate interpersonal and communications skills, are excellent in task management and can demonstrate high levels of integrity, confidentiality and discretion look no further. This is the role for you.

About the Role

This is quite a varied role instrumental for the delivery of welfare support to our wounded, injured and sick veterans. As part of our Welfare Office you will hold the responsibility for the assessment of needs of individual Veterans, you will support them through their recovery journey using the Case Management framework which will include delivery of professional support as part of the Multi-disciplinary Team, Recovery Planning, the provision of high quality information and guidance in relation to all aspects of their recovery journey.

We work collaboratively alongside each other and a clinical advisor, working to deliver effective, timely and impactful welfare support to our beneficiaries and their families who are living with ongoing injuries or illness from their time in, or as a result of service.
