Our purpose is to house ex-service personnel who have found themselves homeless. However, in most cases you will find that the individual has become homeless because of a situation or area in their life that has become negative. The support offered while living here is hoped to address this and give the individual the opportunity to turn themselves around within the security of being housed, understood and listened to.

Support Offered
St Peter’s Court’s tenancy support worker works with the tenants within the project to access needed, external and support. The service offered is to signpost the tenants and support their needs helping the tenant get back on their feet. The support workers aim is to address any outstanding issues and concerns that may be a barrier to their future success into independent living.
Move on support, when a tenant is ready to move on and live independently, will also be offered including viewings, welfare assistance and packages for furniture will be applied for. Education and in house training is also offered subject to funding as well as access to well-being services.
