The Forces Employment Charity is collaborating with the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One™ Team to stage an exclusive careers event for the Armed Forces community at Silverstone.
The Pathways into Manufacturing and Logistics event on 7 May, hosted at the Team’s innovative campus, will enable attendees to meet with Forces-friendly employers, gain practical career guidance, and explore how their military skills translate directly into roles within two of the UK’s fastest-growing sectors.
Manufacturing and logistics play a vital role in the economy, with employers actively seeking the leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills of the Armed Forces community. Throughout the day, the event will connect talent with real opportunities, address skills gaps, and support those who have served to explore new careers.
With only 80 places available, the event also offers attendees a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to tour the AMR Technology Campus (AMRTC).
