Brief role description:
We are looking for a Team Admin Support Assistant to join our Employer Engagement Team and help us create meaningful opportunities that change lives.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting others, and takes pride in keeping things organised and running smoothly. The Team Admin Support Assistant will play a key role behind the scenes – helping our team build strong partnerships with employers and stakeholders across the sector.
Some of the Team Admin Support Assistant’s tasks
– to provide day-to-day administrative support, including managing inboxes and preparing documents,
– to maintain accurate CRM records and support data reporting,
– to assist with the planning and delivery of employer engagement events.
– to respond to enquiries and support stakeholder communication
What we are looking for
Someone with previous administrative experience who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems. A proactive team player with strong communication skills, able to manage their workload effectively while supporting a busy team.
Please note this role requires a MOD Security Clearance.
