VALOUR Recognised Centres Development Fund – second round of funding launched

VALOUR is a UK-wide programme, delivered on behalf of the Office of Veterans Affairs (OVA), that aims to improve how veterans access local, in-person support by developing VALOUR-recognised Centres (VRCs) across the UK that can connect them to the help they need. VRCs will need to operate collaboratively with other statutory and non-statutory support services within their region.

Round two of the VALOUR Recognised Centres Development Fund programme will follow a two-stage process; Stage One is an Expression of Interest (EOI) stage where applicants will be able to share an overview of their proposed project, followed by a Stage Two, the Full Application stage only for organisations invited to progress further in the process.

Closing date: 15 June 2026

The following organisation types were eligible to apply:

  • A registered charity which can demonstrate relevant experience and engagement in the provision of services to veterans.
  • A CIC that has been established more than three years so that evidence of governance, financial and operational management can be provided, and that you can demonstrate relevant experience and engagement in the provision of services to veterans.
