The Art of War Foundation is a charity, set up with the aims of:
· Providing art/creative workshops to support mental health and wellbeing
· Provision of mental health support kits and advice
· Fundraising to support mental health activities for armed forces personnel, veterans and their families, including providing support to other armed forces charities
· Raising awareness and tackling the stigmas associated with mental health and creating a community to provide support
