Pegasus – Men’s Wellbeing Centre is a multi-award-winning Community Interest Company providing professional mental health and wellbeing support for men across the UK.
Established in 2014, Pegasus offers accessible, trauma-informed counselling, psychotherapy and wellbeing programmes delivered by qualified and trainee counsellors under professional supervision. We support men experiencing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD/C-PTSD, suicidal thoughts, relationship difficulties, bereavement, addiction, domestic abuse, financial pressures and social isolation.
Our services are available in person, online, by telephone, through Walk & Talk therapy and home visits where appropriate, helping to reduce barriers to accessing support.
Alongside one-to-one counselling, we deliver group programmes, psychoeducation, community wellbeing initiatives and training designed to improve emotional resilience and encourage early intervention.
Pegasus has extensive experience supporting members of the Armed Forces community, including serving personnel, veterans and their families, recognising the unique impact that military service, transition to civilian life and trauma can have on mental health.
Our person-centred, evidence-informed approach focuses on helping individuals build resilience, improve wellbeing and achieve lasting positive change.
Our mission is to ensure that no man has to face life’s challenges alone by providing safe, compassionate and professional support that empowers men to thrive.
