About the role:
This senior role provides administrative and customer service support for property maintenance and repairs, acting as a key point of contact for tenants and contractors. The postholder coordinates repair requests, inspections, compliance records, customer communications, and satisfaction surveys while ensuring tenants are kept informed throughout the process. They also support health and safety compliance, process invoices and correspondence, investigate complaints, and assist with the wider operation of the Property Services team.
The role has a hybrid working arrangement with a minimum requirement of 2 days a week at our head office based in London Victoria. Additional working days in the Head Office, as dictated by your Line Manager, may be required depending on priorities and essential meetings.
