We are seeking an inspiring Team Leader, Support Services to continue our innovative work with Veterans. This post will be based at our site in Fulham, leading a team of support workers who deliver person-centred support, promote independence and wellbeing as part of Stoll’s supported housing services.
The successful applicant will be passionate about providing a high-quality support service, getting the best outcomes possible, and have the following experience and knowledge:
- Extensive experience working with vulnerable adults to promote independence.
- Extensive experience in managing and motivating a staff team.
- Experience of working in partnership with other agencies
- Experience of reviewing, monitoring and evaluating outcomes in the delivery of support services.
- Experience/knowledge of the issues facing the ex-Service community.
- Experience of managing health and safety, monitoring and reviewing risk assessments
- Understanding of best practice in delivering social care.
