X-Forces Enterprise is delighted to welcome Jennie Edmondson for this practical Business Masterclass on Customer Avatars and how they can be used to improve marketing, messaging and business growth.
In this fully funded Business Masterclass, Jennie will explain what a Customer Avatar is and why it is such a useful tool for small business owners. A Customer Avatar is a detailed profile of your ideal customer. It helps you understand who they are, what they need, what problem they are trying to solve, what motivates them to buy, and what might be holding them back.
You will learn how to use Customer Avatars to make better decisions across their business, including marketing, content creation, website copy, offers, sales conversations and customer experience.
By the end of the Masterclass, beneficiaries will have a clearer understanding of who they are trying to reach and what changes they can make to improve how their business communicates with potential customers. The session will help beneficiaries feel more confident in:
- identifying their ideal customer understanding what their customer really wants and needs
- improving the way they talk about their business
- creating more focused content and marketing
- making their offer clearer and more relevant
- taking practical action to improve their business visibility and sales conversations
This will be a practical, straightforward session designed to help business owners stop guessing, get clearer on their audience, and make their marketing more focused and effective.

How to connect?
You will need a personal laptop or tablet with webcam and microphone enabled, and a stable broadband connection with at least 2Mbps spare bandwidth and a fixed, quiet environment. The masterclass will be hosted using Zoom/ Teams, and you can join via most browsers or the app(s).
