We require Field Kitchen Chef on a relief basis, this could lead to a full time post.
The Field Kitchen Chef will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a street food trailer and van, which includes logistics, management of staff and volunteers, the cash register and contents, arranging staff rotas and creating, cooking and selling quality food.
You are required to hold a Food Safety Level 2 certificate and have HACCP qualifications.
The hourly rate is £11.85. Hours to be agreed, will include Weekends and Bank Holidays
