We require someone to work 28 hours per week on a rota basis, example of rota is three 6 hour night shifts starting at 8pm until 2 am and two 5 hour night shifts 8pm until 1 am. this is flexible and can be discussed at interview.
You will provide a supportive and safe environment to rough sleepers accessing the Trowbridge Homeless Shelter, enabling them to maintain their placement.
The successful applicant will need to have experience of working with either homeless clients or in a supported housing environment, they will also need the right attitude, have excellent organisational skills and understand the importance of working as part of a team.
Full training will be provided for the right individual.
28 hours per week with an annual salary is £14,050.40 rising to £14,399.84 after a successful probation period.
A 10% enhancement is paid for unsociable waking hours from 11pm to 7am.
