The Armed Forces’ Christian Union are seeking a highly motivated, prayerful, experienced Operations Director/Coordinator to join the executive team in Shrivenham (SN6 8TZ). He/she will oversee the strategic implementation and maintenance of all AFCU operations at a critical time in our growth and development. This person must be a mature believer with a strong Christian faith and able to provide spiritual leadership to the organisation, in conjunction with the other Directors.
He/she will ideally have relevant experience in Christian leadership, HR, finance, leadership, management, policy, data systems and social networking, along with an excellent understanding of the military and charitable context. Applicants who may not meet all these requirements are still encouraged to apply.
Salary: £30,000 pa full time.
Pension: available through NEST and AFCU will contribute 5%.
