The inspirational leader we are looking for will not necessarily have a background in social care services but they will have the ability to lead a team of dedicated and highly skilled managers who do.  They will be flexible, creative and highly skilled at working in partnership with other service providers both internal and external.  The Centre Manager is the face of the Charity in North Wales and frequently hosts VIP guests and visitors to the centre.
