Our Engagement team is looking for a customer focused Database Manager. Reporting to the Head of Customer Services & Data Management, you will be the Charity’s Raiser’s Edge expert, responsible for overseeing the processing of transactions and the maintenance of the system to include housekeeping and enhancements, acting as Raiser’s Edge “Champion”  including providing training and support to all users.

The post holder will:

  • Work with the Head of Customer Services and Data Management to provide the expertise to support an integrated data strategy across fundraising, volunteering and engagement, advising on and sharing best practice.
  • Maintain the database and ensure data integrity.
  • Develop and implement a programme of training to support all Raiser Edge users
  • Have strong analytical and organisational skills, an eye for detail and accuracy, strong leadership skills and the ability to understand business needs.
  • Working knowledge of GDPR legislation and an up-to-date knowledge of technology.
