Blind Veterans UK – Member Engagement Manager (London)

Blind Veterans UK supports blind and vision-impaired men and women offering a range of services to enable them to retain their independence. We believe that no one who has served their country should battle blindness alone.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Member Engagement Manager to develop and implement plans to deepen engagement with members their families and carers in the community.

You will have:

  • Excellent knowledge of marketing and communications theory and practice
  • Experience of planning and delivering targeted engagement activity in the community to deepen engagement with members, fully engaging internal stakeholders in this process
  • Strong analytical and innovative skills to review and develop the products and activities used to engage members.
  • Excellent management and interpersonal skills, including budget management and strong brand awareness, ensuring that all member engagement activity supports brand coherence.
