Blind Veterans UK is the national charity helping blind ex-service men and women lead independent and fulfilling lives. We offer blind veterans access to the highest quality of services to help them discover life beyond sight loss.

The Engagement Team at Blind Veterans UK are looking for collaborative and committed candidate with excellent managerial skills who is able to achieve or surpass our marketing targets.
The role will require you to:
- To lead and manage a team to work in partnership with regional operations and fundraising colleagues to achieve the organisations engagement goals.
- You will be responsible for increasing awareness, understanding and consideration among target audiences in communities across the country.
- You will work with Senior Manager Brand & Marketing to develop and implement integrated marketing and communication plans that engage members, volunteers and supporters at a local level.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record of problem solving as well as experience of building effective relationships. You will have significant experience of leading diverse teams, and a strong knowledge of the marketing and communications sector.
