Regulations amending the Charity Commission (Annual Return) Regulations 2022.

The Charities (Annual Return) Regulations 2023 were made on 18 December 2023 and commence on 1 January 2024.
The updated regulations identify questions that will now remain from 2023. Charities will be required to complete these in their 2024 Annual Return.
