Combat Stress are looking for a highly motivated individual to become part of their Individual Giving Team. The Individual Giving Assistant (online) will report into the Senior Individual Giving Officer and will process all online charity donations and trading arm payments. They will also provide support for general administration duties, help to maintain individual donor records, support the charity’s donor development programme.
The chosen candidate for this role will have a keen eye for detail and possess excellent organisational skills. They will need to be approachable, responsive and work well within a team. The candidate should have a working knowledge of online donation sites such as Justgiving and Virgin Money Giving and be able to apply a common sense approach to solving day to day problems. Experience in using a database and excel would be an advantage.
