This webinar shares emerging insights — recurring challenges, tensions and opportunities across the sector — and invites participants to consider what they mean for their own practice in serving increasingly diverse Armed Forces communities. It’s a chance to ask: how do we know we’re truly seeing and serving the whole community?

Professor Belinda Colston
Professor Belinda Colston is Founder and CEO of the Halsden Centre and a research and inclusion leader specialising in evidence-informed organisational change and the development and evaluation of strategies and interventions that create more inclusive environments. A former university strategic lead for equality, diversity and inclusion, her work combines rigorous research with lived experience to understand what works, challenge assumptions and measure meaningful change.
Sue Liburd MBE DL
Sue Liburd MBE DL is a British Army veteran, strategic adviser and organisational culture specialist whose work spans inclusive leadership, organisational health and complex change. Managing Director of Sage Blue and a member of the British Army Multicultural Network Strategic Advisory Board, she works across sectors to understand how organisational cultures, systems and decision-making shape people’s experiences and outcomes.
