Based at our Head Office in Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 0BX

Combat Stress was established in 1919. We are the UK’s leading charity for veterans’ mental health. For almost a century, we’ve helped former servicemen and women deal with trauma-related mental health conditions like post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety and depression.

Today we provide UK-wide support to veterans from every service and every conflict, on the phone and online, in the community and at our treatment centres. We’re on a mission to raise awareness that invisible injuries can be just as hard to cope with as physical ones. So when a veteran is having a tough time, we’re there to help tackle the past and to take on the future.

Are you keen to make a difference to the lives of veterans suffering from mental health conditions like post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety and depression? We’ve an exciting opportunity for a passionate, organised and highly motivated Volunteer & Community Fundraiser to join our team.

This role provides a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to play an essential role in our busy and fun team.  You will need to have excellent time management, prioritisation, multi-tasking and communication skills.  Ideally you will have some experience of working with volunteers and fundraisers and an understanding of CRM systems and databases.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to play an integral role in a team that raises funds to help veterans tackle the past and take on the future!
