Ex-Services Project at Mind in Haringey

Mind are proud to announce the launch of a new Veterans project, which is FREE to access for anyone in London or surrounding areas with Armed Forces experience.

Activities on offer are:

  • Coping With Life Skills: CBT-based psychoeducational groups. These are six-week courses focused on topics such as:
    • Anxiety
    • Self esteem
    • Assertiveness
    • Loss or change
    • Anger
    • Depression
    • Stress
  • One-to-One wellbeing for up to 12 weeks.

All groups are held at Station House, 73c Stapleton Hall Rd, London N4 3QF

Tube: Finsbury Park Station

Bus: W3, W7, 210

All with lived experience of the Armed Forces may attend, and spouses and dependants are also welcome.
