About You
Are you experienced at developing innovation projects from concepts to launch? Do you have excellent Project Management experience well used to working across internal and external teams, to tight deadlines and at a fast pace? Are you financially astute and good at managing budgets? Do you eat up consumer research and enjoy working with data and insight to make decisions? Are your comms skills second to none with excellent attention to detail?
About the Role
We are looking for an Innovation specialist to take some exciting commercial and fundraising opportunities from existing concepts through research and audience testing, building a business case for top level approval to a detailed plan for final launch. This is a fantastic role if you want to get stuck in, have passion for leading innovation and would like to develop your career with this leading military charity.
About the Team
You will be part of the Help for Heroes Trading team as we widen our commercial income streams. You will report into the Head of Trading. Building on the success of our retail and corporate divisions you will be working on new and exciting ways to generate income to support the people we help. You will also work with our Fundraising Team on new tactical concepts to widen our fundraising portfolio.
