Looking after financial wellbeing – how Forces MoneyPlan can help

The coronavirus pandemic has caused significant financial hardship for many as a result of either redundancy and/or the negative impact the pandemic has had on investment markets. Whilst 9.5m workers have been furloughed by 1.2m employers since March this year, this scheme is now coming to an end, with the Chancellor acknowledging this will be a “difficult moment” for some and that some jobs will simply not be protected.

However, help is available via Cobseo affiliate member Forces MoneyPlan, a pro bono scheme offering free, confidential financial guidance for serving forces personnel and veterans. Find out more by watching the 15 minute webinar above from the Personal Finance Society, the professional body that runs this scheme to hear how Forces Moneyplan can help your members navigate what for some may be tough times ahead.
