Job Title: Choirs Support Administrator (Choirs Support Team)
Reporting to: Director, Choirs Support Team
Hours: 37.5 hours (full time, occasional evenings/weekends)
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Location: Central London – flexible working requests will be considered
Contract: Fixed Term Contract until 31st August 2019

Would you like to be part of a small team that provides an excellent service to our choir network of 74 choirs and over 2,300 choir members?
The Military Wives Choirs across the UK and overseas aim to improve the well-being of women across the military community through singing.
We’re looking for someone who loves our mission and can be a first point of contact for all enquiries we receive via e-mail, social media and telephone from choir members and the public and will ideally have first-hand experience of being part of the military family.
You will manage our office administration smoothly through organising meetings, data collection, reporting, event management and financial administration, in addition to daily office support.
This is a varied role and it would suit an excellent communicator who is highly organised, can work using their own initiative and likes to be busy. Key to this role is the ability to respond quickly and sensitively to choir members and put their needs first.
This is a fixed term contract based in the City of London with an anticipated start date in January 2019. Some flexible working may be considered.
