The Royal British Legion – Head of Heritage and Learning (National Memorial Arboretum)

Opened in 2001, The National Memorial Arboretum is the UK’s year round centre of Remembrance and home to the iconic Armed Forces Memorial. The site is free to enter and receives around 300,000 visitors per year.

With a brand-new Remembrance Centre, the Arboretum is expanding its engagement and participation programming, delivering exhibitions, family activities and events to provide a truly memorable visit for all.

The Arboretum is seeking maternity cover for the Head of Heritage and Learning, to oversee the work of the Heritage and Learning team, including the delivery of its Heritage Lottery Funded activity plan and other associated audience development activities and events, including the Arboretum’s 2017 Battle of Passchendaele centenary commemoration programme.
