The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly organised PA to provide administrative and secretarial support to the Legion’s Director General, as part of a one year, full-time maternity cover.
You will be required to act as the Director General’s central point of contact, both internally and externally, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times. You should have the confidence to liaise with the Legion’s Executive Board, Trustees and high level representatives, from external organisations such as Government Ministers and the Royal household. You will be experienced at working under pressure, maintaining a heavy workload and managing a complex diary.
