RBL’s strategy involves the successful delivery of a wide range of projects. Our current change portfolio includes the building of new care homes, implement new services for beneficiaries, re-design our IT infrastructure and the delivery remembrance-focussed events.
The newly launched corporate Programme Management Office (PMO) is tasked with supporting these projects. The small team works with project managers across the charity, ensuring that projects are delivered in line with best practice, and providing guidance around project planning and budgeting, risk management and change control. It also tracks the delivery of projects and the dependencies between them, reporting regularly to the Executive Board, (EB) and Assistant Directors group.
