The Role
The Royal British Legion is the corporate trustee of several hundred property-related trusts that have been acquired and used to support our beneficiaries from the 1920s onwards. Reporting to the Branch Property Trusts Manager, you will lead on the implementation of the Legion’s trust property policy and resolve issues with individual trusts where liaison with our local branches is required. You will also support the Directorate’s communications with key stakeholders in relation to trust property, trusteeship and the Legion’s strategy and policies.
Your exceptional communication and diplomacy skills will enable you to influence, challenge and build relationships at all levels, working effectively in demanding and politically sensitive situations. In addition, you will have experience of: taking a representational role with internal and external stakeholders; a customer focused environment; and the charity sector or Armed Forces.
