SCiP Alliance are pleased to announce they are now taking online conference bookings!
We have taken the decision to host this years SCiPAlliance Annual Conference online and hope you will join us on Tuesday 20th October from 9am to 4.30pm.
The day will include:
Morning session – Connecting evidence with practice: The SCiP Alliance Thriving Lives Toolkit in action. An address by the researchers behind the seven principles of effective support (The University of Derby’s International Centre for Guidance Studies), a delve into the pilot findings and advice for effective deployment of the toolkit.
Lunch session – Connecting policy with practice: The Office for Students will deliver their first ever analysis of Service children access, outreach and support and join a policy panel on Service children’s progression to HE including inputs from the Scottish Funding Council and the Higher Education Funding Council for Wales.
Afternoon session – Connecting people: Practical sessions to deepen your understanding of the context for Armed Forces families and to explore examples of collaborative practice connecting Service children.
