Soldiers’ Charity grant helps to Revitalise respite holidays for Army veterans and carers

This year, thanks to an increased grant of £51,684 given by ABF The Soldiers’ Charity to Revitalise, a charity providing much-needed respite holidays for disabled people and those who care for them, 146 disabled Army veterans and their carers will receive well-deserved holiday breaks with care.

The Soldiers’ Charity provides grants to dozens of charities including Revitalise, who specialise in providing respite support to people who need the reassurance of 24-hour on-call nurse-led care in order to have a proper holiday. Underpinning all Revitalise does is one simple, immutable belief – everybody needs a break. The charity is delighted that many more members of the Army family in need of a break will now be able to draw upon Revitalise’s expert support.
