SSAFA – Casework System Analyst

37.5 per week  

Central Office, London with flexibility to work remotely.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Casework System Analyst to join the Specialist Services team at SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity.

SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity, supports the person behind the uniform; any time they need us, in any way they need us, for as long as they need us. About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional who can provide top quality customer service when supporting our casework operations. Specifically, to our network of volunteers using our casework management system: Mosaic (CMS2).

Under the direction of the Casework Support Manager and Head Specialist Services you will act as the operational point of contact in relation to the casework management system Mosaic (CMS2). Providing expert advice about the system to the volunteer network and CMS2 system Champions.

You will also support the production of good practice guides, process and policy documentation and training materials for the use of Mosaic (CMS2).

About the team

The specialist services team provide a range of services to our beneficiaries and volunteers, including mentoring, support in the criminal justice service, Gurkha support and casework support.  The team is extremely diverse all have a range of skills and experiences that complement and support each other. We have a very good team ethic and although the services are independently run, they complement and overlap.

About you

Demonstrable IT skills presenting proven experience of Microsoft office programmes and casework management systems with high quality administration skills are crucial to perform effectively. An ability to analyse statistical data within reports is a must and being able to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders is key to this role.
