A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full-time Digital Fundraising Manager in the Digital Marketing department at SSAFA, the UK’s oldest national tri-service military charity.
About the role
The Digital Fundraising Manager role is a brand new role created in the Digital Marketing department. We are seeking a Digital Fundraising Manager to help shape and drive forward SSAFA’s digital fundraising strategy as part of the organisation’s strategic aims. You will lead and manage all digital fundraising activities across all digital channels, advising on best practice and ensuring optimisation across core online fundraising journeys. You will work collaboratively with our Marketing and Communications and Fundraising teams to map a supporter lifecycle program to widen our supporter base and increase our voluntary income.
Requirements
To carry out this role successfully you will have knowledge of and proven ability to develop and implement digital fundraising strategies. You will also have experience of building and maintaining email journeys, developing acquisition, retention and reactivation campaigns, surveys and other user engagement features, and running reports/interpreting audience analysis to maximise income, engagement and ROI. You will be able to manage external agencies, multiple projects and activities to tight deadlines.
