Combat Stress – Health & Safety Coordinator

Permanent, full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Band 5: £22,456 to £29,174 p.a. (dependant on experience) plus benefits
Based at our Head Office in Leatherhead, Surrey. KT22 0BX

As a Health & Safety Coordinator, you are required to plan, coordinate, monitor, evaluate and report on all the safety management systems and training carried out for all sites across Combat Stress. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will also be required to take responsibility for Combat Stress’ vehicle fleet, all stationery orders for Head Office as well as providing administrative support to the HR team.

With proven strong administration skills as well as a minimum of 3 years health & safety experience in building and facilities, you are comfortable operating in a dynamic, multi-disciplined environment. Your natural flair coupled with your interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills, you have the ability to build and maintain good working relationships and communicate effectively at all levels. You are keen to learn and progress within this newly created role. Good personal organisational skills to meet tight deadlines, you have the ability to multi-task, be pro-active and work to your own initiative, with the ability to work as part of a team as well.
