Location: Aldershot and Hounslow and other sites when necessary.
Contract: Permanent
Hours of work: 21 hours per week (Mon-Wed)
Salary: £15 per hour plus benefits and travel
Stoll is the lead provider of housing and support services in the Veterans sector. Founded in 1917, Stoll has provided a sanctuary to help Veterans rebuild their lives for over one hundred years.
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic maintenance/repairs officer to work within our small, busy housing team. You will provide an excellent customer-focused repairs, maintenance and property/estate management service to Stoll residents and estates in Aldershot and Hounslow and other Stoll sites:
- Preliminary repairs and voids inspections.
- Health & Safety checks at Stoll sites.
- Void works, minor repairs and maintenance works in Stoll properties.
- Simple aids and adaptations work to properties.
- Cleaning duties as required.
- Driving licence required.
- Own vehicle desirable.
