The Role
The Learning and Resourcing Administrator is an exciting and busy role, with the capability to play an integral part in supporting our Learning and Organisational Development and Resourcing teams. The successful applicant will provide effective and efficient administrative support. This will enable two key business areas in achieving our strategic goals in recruiting and developing our people.

Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager and Resourcing Manager, you will work closely with the wider HR directorate to ensure the highest level of professional administrative support is provided for learning and recruitment materials, data requirements and scheduling. The ability to work efficiently, think flexibly and creatively, and contribute new ideas and approaches, as well as being highly service driven, are all essential qualities for this role.

This is an excellent opportunity to work cross-functionally, growing and learning within the dynamic and rapidly developing L&OD and HR fields at the Legion. We’re therefore looking for candidates to join us on this journey who are enthusiastic, creative and have demonstrable experience of providing administrative support and an understanding of HR, L&OD or recruitment processes.
