You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Able to work independently, using your own initiative to identify issues, find solutions and see tasks through to completion.
- Accountable for your work, taking ownership of deadlines and delivering consistently high standards.
- Confident, resilient and assertive, with the ability to provide consistent, pragmatic HR advice and challenge appropriately when required.
- Calm under pressure and able to adapt to the demands of a fast-paced, ever-changing care environment.
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build credibility with managers and employees at all levels.
- Comfortable balancing operational demands with employee wellbeing and commercial considerations.
You will also have:
- Previous experience in a generalist HR Officer or HR Advisor role.
