Upcoming dates of RBLI’s employment support programme for the spouses and partners of Armed Forces personnel

LifeWorks Families is an employment support course tailored specifically to the spouses and partners of any serving or recently discharged member of the British Armed Forces, including Reserves. It aims to help those on the course move into sustained employment, by giving them the enhanced CV and interview skills needed for finding work. Everyone who attends a course will receive six months of remote ‘reachback’ to help them in their search for employment.

RBLI also offers remote support for the partners of servicemen and women which is tailored to meet the specific demands of those who either can’t attend the course or need only specific employment advice.

The help I received updating my CV was invaluable.  It definitely gave me the confidence to return to work after my career break.”  – Patricia Icely who, after completing a LifeWorks Families course in Gutersloh, Germany, went on to work in the finance department of ladies wear outlets Warehouse and Oasis.
