We are delighted to announce the appointment of Becci Parriss as CEO

In a move that marks an exciting new era for the development of Heropreneurs, we are delighted to announce that Becci Parriss, previously the Employment and Engagement Manager for RMA – The Royal Marines Charity, has been appointed as our CEO.

Heropreneurs’ Chairman, Peter Mountford, said:

“I’m delighted that Becci is joining our team at Heropreneurs as our new Chief Executive. I’ve known Becci for several years now, and over that time have been greatly impressed by her talent, and commitment to the military and wider military communities. I very much look forward to working with her and anticipate that her appointment will enable us to greatly expand the operations of Heropreneurs.”

Becci brings a wealth of experience and new ideas to the charity, and with her heading up the Heropreneurs team we have a number of exciting plans underway to expand our activities and increase our offering for our community of military entrepreneurs even further.

Speaking about her appointment, Becci said:

“To say I’m delighted to be joining the Heropreneurs team is quite the understatement! This is an exciting time for this unique and dynamic charity, and it is my pleasure to take the reins and continue to develop what is an amazing opportunity for our service leavers and their families.

In the coming year, we will be assessing how we can best support our network, whilst continuing to share the wealth of experience and knowledge that we are so lucky to have in our Mentors with our ever-expanding community of Mentees. We are now looking to both our community and our wider network of supporters to share their ideas and feedback with us, in order to help us become the very best that we can be.”
