X-Forces Enterprise Military in Business® Podcast and Vlog Series is live!

The X-Forces Enterprise team have joined forces with the team behind the incredibly successful ‘Screw it, just do it’ podcast series to produce a series of podcasts dedicated to the men and women from the Armed Forces community who have followed their dreams and made a success of civilian life involving developing and harnessing enterprise skills; be that in business, employment or voluntary work.

Their stories describe some of the incredible experiences they have had and the difficulties they have overcome in order to achieve their goals. They will also share their tips on how they achieved their own successes; mistakes they made along the way and how they overcame them.

The series starts with the personal story of XFE Founder and CEO Ren Kapur MBE. It covers the dual passions of enterprise and the Armed Forces that Ren has held since childhood with an insight into the difficult family and personal challenges she had to overcome to make her dream a reality for the community she loves.

Since 2013 XFE has supported over 1700 start-ups with £16 million of seed funding provided as official partner to the government’s Start Up Loans scheme. During this time XFE has delivered over 27,000 hours of enterprise training.

While these numbers are impressive, they do not convey the incredible success stories and remarkable achievements of those people who took the decision to start their own venture. Through this series of podcasts, hear from the infantryman who created a multi-million-pound company before the age of 30 to the former RAF officer and spouse who developed a natural skin-care range product to protect her children, that’s now available internationally on line, amongst many others.

All XFE beneficiaries have benefited from the opportunities provided by the Government, Charity and Enterprise Partners we work with, whose support is vital to their journeys.

The podcasts are now available free of charge via the Apple iTunes and Spotify. You can access the podcasts by clicking here.
