The Warrior Programme

What is The Warrior Programme?

The Warrior Programme is a personal transformational, motivational and educational course run over 3 days. More than 500 individuals, over half of whom being ex Services and Serving Personnel, have attended the course which is FREE to clients. Using coaching techniques it enables individuals to take control of their lives, increase confidence, provide motivation and direction to allow them to lead a healthy and balanced life.

Monthly coaching meetings follow on after the programme to check on clients’ progress and refresh their skills in order to ensure that they continue to maintain a healthy and balanced life.

If you would like to apply for a place or if you would like to recommend someone please follow the instructions below. The next course is residential at St Monica’s, Kingswood, Surrey 24 – 26 January 2012.

What Is Covered On The Course?

  •  Identify the current situation and how you would like to function in the future.
  • Identify barriers, beliefs and challenges which are preventing you from getting what you want.
  • Introduce techniques to help you remain calm, balanced and motivated.
  • Learn techniques you can use post the course to reframe your thinking and behaviour in order to be successful.

  • Registration: Thursday 12 January 2012, 1pm - 3.30pm
  • Location: Royal British Legion, Unit 2 Aldens Business Court, 7A Chudleigh Road, EXETER EX2 8TS

Course: Tuesday 24 - Thursday 26 January 2012

Location: St Monica's, Kingswood, Surrey

“Preparing for work” module: Friday 27 January 2012

Legal and General have offered an additional day and participants will have the opportunity to review their key skills, update CVs and speak to HR professional to enhance their profiles and understand what current employers require from employees in the work place.
