RAFAKidz is celebrating after being awarded two prestigious accolades at the recent National NMT Nursery Awards.
The National NMT Nursery Awards are the largest of their kind, recognising the achievements of individual nurseries, nursery groups and suppliers in the UK early years sector.
RAFAKidz was named Medium Nursery Group of the Year, whilst RAFAKidz Medmenham picked up the Nursery Outdoor Learning Environment of the Year award.
For the Medium Nursery Group of the Year award, RAFAKidz demonstrated to the judges that it achieved outstanding success in delivering high quality childcare with well-trained and motivated staff and inspirational values.
The team at RAFAKidz Medmenham, based just outside RAF High Wycombe, were able to show the judges how they created an exciting outdoor engagement environment where children can explore, let their imaginations run wild and challenge themselves in a safe and secure space.
The National NMT award wins come after RAFAKidz was also named Nursery Group of the Year at the Nursery World Awards back in September.

Created in 2019 by the RAF Association, RAFAKidz is designed to meet the needs of military and civilian families in the community around RAF stations, providing affordable and quality childcare. RAFAKidz currently manages 21 nurseries across the country.
The largest provider of early years childcare to the RAF, RAFAKidz has a unique connection to the military community. RAFAKidz staff play an active role in supporting military families, enabling them to serve their country knowing their children are safe and happy.
