About the Role

As our Events Officer, you’ll be at the heart of our busy Events Team of four, with a great can-do attitude, helping to deliver a varied annual programme of in‑person and online events. From running our webinars to helping delivery of our in-person workshops from small to large-scale gatherings, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression.

What you’ll be doing

– Supporting the planning and delivery of a broad schedule of events across the year

– Running our webinars with support from the Senior Event Manager and wider Events Team

– Coordinating our event-delivery platforms — including webinar tools, event management systems, CMS platforms, newsletters and feedback systems

– Gathering, analysing and presenting event data to help shape future improvements

– Working closely with the Senior Events Manager and Events Manager on events involving internal and external stakeholders – so you will love collaborative working!

– Helping ensure every event is engaging, professional, memorable and aligned with our mission
