Understanding the reproductive health of UK and Canadian ex-servicewomen

Study participants needed!

Anglia Ruskin University’s Centre for Military Women’s Research and the Atlas Institute for Veterans and Families have partnered to explore and compare the reproductive health of women military Veterans (and women ex-police officers). Participation involves filling out a one-time online survey that will take 25-30 minutes to complete. You will be asked questions about your work exposures (in service and since), mental and reproductive health touching on a range of topics, some of which are quite sensitive for example; sexual assault/harassment, infertility and pregnancy loss.

To be eligible, you must be:

– A woman (female sex at birth) Veteran (regular, or reservist), or ex-police officer/staff who served in either the Canadian or UK Armed Forces;

– Over 18 years of age;

– Comfortable reading and writing in either English or French; and

– Currently living in Canada or the U.K.

Your participation will help us better understand this important issue for women Veterans and support recommendations for further research or health care practice and policy.

We also encourage you to share this study with your fellow women Veterans, or ex-police officers/staff in the UK.
