THE ROLE
This position is part time , 21 hours. The role is based at Valour Regional Centre, Murton, County Durham and may require occasional travel.
YOUR PURPOSE
You are responsible for managing the day-to-day work associated with the Valour Programme to support the implementation of the Regional Strategic Plan. This involves measuring programme effectiveness. Attending stakeholder meetings and keeping them informed. Developing knowledge, collaborations, person centred support provision and identifying ways to build enduring, resilient networks and pathways to timely and effective support.
