Base location: BCU Health Board – North Wales
37.5 hours per week over 7 days
£19,934.37 per annum
Funded until 31 October 2023.
In this role you will deliver peer mentoring support and low level interventions to veterans assessed by and/or in therapy with Veterans NHS Wales (VNHSW) and to raise awareness of Change Step and Veterans NHS Wales.
You will have personal experience in a military background and have a good understanding of the issues faced by clients.
A driving license and full access to a vehicle is essential.
The ability to communicate in Welsh would be advantageous.
