At the beginning of June, we welcomed Andrée Mannering to the Cobseo staff team as the new Business Support Officer.
I support all business functions through coordination, collaboration, engagement, and operational delivery, with a focus on strengthening working practices across Membership, Finance, and Communications & Engagement to enhance member value and help deliver Cobseo’s strategic pillars.
I bring experience from roles as Chief of Staff and in Business Management, Continuous Improvement, Communications, Digital Transformation, Employee Engagement, and both Royal Warrant and Consumer Duty Compliance. After graduating in Business Information Systems, I worked internationally with Nestlé Professional, then in Group Customer Inclusion at Lloyds Banking Group, partnering with charities and cross‑functional teams to improve the experience for vulnerable customers. I am also a trained Guide Dog Boarder.
Coming from a military family and a previous Reservist myself, supporting the Armed Forces community is deeply important to me. I look forward to being part of the wider Cobseo team and supporting the important work.
